I don't manage playbooks — I write them. I've built partner programs where none existed, stood up channel GTM motions through distributors like CDW, SHI, and TD SYNNEX, and have a track record of turning early-stage bets into real revenue across pharma/biotech, hospital systems, enterprise IT, and financial services.

Currently serving as a Relationship Manager in Digital Assets at Commercial Bank of Texas, where I sit on the Digital Asset Banking Committee. I'm also the Founder of PartnerMesh.ai, an AI-native partner intelligence platform, and hold an Advisor/CTO role at AccuSeat.

Outside of work, I've been an active participant in the blockchain and digital asset space for 13+ years as an investor, developer, validator, and public speaker.
